As a traveling instructor, I am dedicated to providing my students with quality and convenient instruction, through classes that exceed their expectations, and as a result, make a positive difference in their lives. I believe that proper nutrition combined with the right exercise can dramatically improve your quality of life.

- Fitness for Busy People (workouts under 3 hours per week)
- Personal Training for the Beginner (home, office, or gym)
- Advanced Fat Loss Strategies

We’ll select a date and time for your session(s), discuss your goals, then customize your classes accordingly. I require a $50 refundable deposit at least two weeks prior to your scheduled class to hold the date.
I cover the greater Sacramento Area to bring custom classes to clients that are ready to make a change, and to realize their health and fitness goals.
